Tax help - Students - Loans - Will the Revenue ever charge me a penalty for not repaying my loan "in accordance with Regulations"?

Penalties

If you are making your student loan repayments because you are in employment and your employer is deducting the repayments from your pay - you should not be charged any penalty if the employer gets it wrong. The Revenue can however charge a penalty on an employer if they fail to deduct student loan repayments in line with the rules.
