The objective of LITRG is to achieve change for the better in the tax system on behalf of those on low incomes. Through our work in solving the problems of pensioners and others we see where improvements need to be made. We draw these to the attention of the Revenue authorities and politicians and press for change.

Many of the changes we suggest do not need large amounts of money to make them happen. They just need a commitment to good customer service.

We keep a listing of the changes we suggest and the benefits to be gained. We also record our success (or otherwise) in bringing about change.
