Majority of HMRC IT services unavailable this weekend

The majority of services in the Personal Tax Account (PTA) will be unavailable this coming weekend (13 to 15 October 2017), while HMRC carries out planned upgrades to their IT systems.

PTA services will be unavailable from mid-day Friday 13 October 2017 for a period of about 40 hours through until Sunday 15 October. The work also means HMRC call centre advisers will have limited access to their usual systems, which means they will only be able to offer limited support to callers during this time.
