Supporting the employee-ownership sector - LITRG comments

The LITRG urge the Government to ensure that all possible impacts on low-income, unrepresented employees be fully considered when incentivising employee share ownership. Adequate guidance must be made available to employees and we recommend that any payments made be in addition to the National Minimum Wage.
