Victoria is Head of the Low Incomes Tax Reform Group (LITRG, an initiative of the CIOT to give a voice to unrepresented taxpayers. Victoria is also Head of Tax Technical at CIOT. Victoria joined LITRG in 2005 after various welfare rights roles. Particular areas of interest include interactions between the tax and benefit systems. Victoria is a CTA (Fellow).
