HMRC industrial action 23 December to 16 May

HMRC previously announced that Industrial action would impact some HMRC employer helplines between 23 December 2024 and 14 March 2025. This has now been extended to 16 May 2025 HMRC say they have robust plans in place to ensure they continue delivering critical services.
